Amazing server named Angie! So fast service wise! Huge portions! Great atmosphere. Clean restaurant. Food is amazing and they are very knowledgeable of gluten allergies. Even double checking something at my request. Never was without something to drink. I had the fish and shrimp with mango salsa...yum!!! Very clean and quite beautiful bathroom. It is also decently heated. Good price range for all budgets.

Every dish I tried was flavorful and freshly prepared, showcasing quality ingredients and careful cooking. Portions were generous, and the menu offers a variety of choices to suit different tastes. Service was smooth and friendly, adding to the overall great experience. I left completely satisfied and will definitely return to Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen for another enjoyable dining experience
We had a last minute reservation for 14 and not only did the manager ensure they were able to accommodate us at OUR preferred time - he told me they “looked forward to serving us” after two other restaurants were significantly less friendly about our inquiry! The service was great, smooth, and very fast for how large our party was!
I was underwhelmed. I was going to sit in the bar area but the sinks or refrigerators were giving off a strong odor that I associated with it being unclean. I selected to sit in the dining area. They were apparently understaffed because it took a really long time for the waiter to come to the table. They took my food order immediately because they knew I had been waiting. The food was ok but the glaze had a bad smell. The dining area was dirty. The floor slick and had food and dirty silverware in most areas. The only bright spot was that the staff was very friendly and appeared to be making the best of the situation. I would not recommend and I will not return.
Five stars because while the food isn't outstanding, it's better than the price suggests. I've never been a croissant fan the provided starter were delicious. The chicken and shrimp was very good, the carrot cake again delicious. The provided screen makes it easy to order extras, pay, or keep kids entertained. Our server was very attentive and kept checking in on us. A really great find.
Oh my gosh, this was my first time here and it was absolutely amazing! It was such a gorgeous atmosphere, it was quiet, relaxing, cozy and our waitress Abby was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond. She was fast, extremely friendly, and made sure that we were taking care of every step of the way. She was so sweet, she even made sure that when we sat down we had a delicious buttered croissant to start out with which was absolutely delicious. You don't find that great service everywhere you go but she was amazing and it was only her fourth day, and the food, the food was delicious oh my gosh it was so good, and the prices are absolutely perfect. You couldn't ask for a better place to eat. Because of its great customer service, it's romantic dining, fast service and great waitresses and waiters, I will definitely be back and I recommend this place to anybody who wants a really wonderful experience with home cooking
Everything was great. I really didn't like the mashed potatoes though. Outside of that, delicious.
The customer service was great! The food was wonderful. I had the chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and candid carrots. The carrots were so flipping good. I took leftovers home which means their serving sizes were good. The only renter I had was that I didn't order another serving of the carrots to take home. Great job Chedders! P.S. This was my first visit but it won't be my last!
I had a wonderful experience at Cheddar’s thanks to Jacob! He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed without being overbearing. Jacob was also very accommodating with our requests and had such a friendly, positive attitude that really added to the atmosphere. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and dedicated to great service. Thank you, Jacob, for making our meal even more enjoyable!
